RESERVATION POLICIES:

We require all first time facial appointments to schedule the New to Luna service. This allows us the proper amount of time to address all skin concerns and recommend the correct home care and in-house services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask for a 24 hour notice for cancellations. We will ask repeat offenders to pay for service at time of booking.

CHECK-IN:

We recommend all clients to show up early to their scheduled appointment to allow themselves time to unwind in our relaxation space. We also ask first time appointments to show up 15min prior to appointment time to fill out paperwork.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Our intake form covers all questions for medical concerns but we may require a physician’s note clearing clients for certain services. This will be addressed at the first appointment. If you have any specific questions or concerns, we are happy to answer them prior to booking.
